Mystery customer reports, competitor reports and hotel grading reports are just good common sense.

At Moontrip we offer a package of reports to suit your business. These reports may be standalone but we will often recommend a package that is specific to the requirements of your business and we will happily evaluate several aspects of your business to give you an overall picture.

Our reports are not a series of ‘check boxes’. We do not pass or fail your business in a list of areas. Rather, we tell you what we see and make recommendations accordingly.
